BRITISH COLUMBIA - Vancouver. THE SECOND ANNUAL BOAT RACE BREAKFAST (BRB). 8:30AM – NEW OXFORD PUB, 1144 Homer St.  The 2013 Boat Race starts at 4:30 PM GMT, 8:30 AM in Vancouver! "To have a chat while the rowing bores of the Beeb drone on about beefy Germans, Americans and Dutchmen cunningly weighed in stones rather than their native pounds or kilograms, as well as the odd Brit, be there by 8:00 A.M."
